1. What travels as fast as light? (two answers)

2. What stays up and never falls?

3. What hurts but is good for you?

4. What gets brighter but never darker? (normally)

5. What only transfers to cold but never to hot?

6. What starts thick beginning a year, and shrinks thinner, only to grow thick again towards the end?

']the sky, because light is always being produced it would always be increasing in light to our eyes. If there was an eclipse we would see a significant light difference.

I hope I am right.

VERY CLOSE! but the sky does not always get brighter.

Is the other answer to #1 a complex noun that is an object? I think you said that before, just clarifying

yes it is what you teachers in grammar taught you the noun, person place,...etc

is it daybreak the morning is usually brighter than night

4. good job first to get that one morning is the answer. the morning is always getting brighter

6. i didn't think of it that way but i guess it works too

the final one is the secondary answer for #1. do you know it?

never mind about the complex nouns

but does the answer to number 1

the special theory of relativity

complex noun= not person, place, or thing

can't say anymore or i give the answer

and yes i know what the theory of relativity states and i know that nothing can be faster than light but this is through theory.
