Well, if that's Jack and Bobby, Presidents of the United States of America doesn't work as Bobby was never the Prez.
Has there been a band with that name that's well known enough to make the list?

also, I was reaching for presidents of the US, it was worth a shot.
since these are virgin records' artists, I think we could narrow it down a bit as to what's missing (I dont know if they are included in this picture, I'm just listing some other famous virgin records artists):

the stone roses

metallica (maybe portrayed by all the metal in the picture?)

The puzzle was put out by Virgin, but many if not most of the bands were never signed by Virgin.
