Presidents of the United States of America - Pics posted on the wall next to White Zombie (aka, dead kennedys).
Well, if that's Jack and Bobby, Presidents of the United States of America doesn't work as Bobby was never the Prez.
the main street band
Has there been a band with that name that's well known enough to make the list?
also, where do you see Skinny puppy?
On the sidewalk in front of the pet shop.
and what do the hari krishnas dressed in white and the pink scissors mean?
The pink scissors are probably The Scissor Sisters.
So,
71. Jewel
72. Scissor Sisters

The puzzle was put out by Virgin, but many if not most of the bands were never signed by Virgin.
