But... mother's mother= grandmother on mother's side. grandfather's wife= grandmother on either mother or father's side. grandmother= again, on either father or mother's side. so it could be talking about two different grandmothers, so maybe- 2 sets of each. How many fists and elbows have your mothers mother, your grandfathers wife and your grandmother?two fists and two elbows each, save one after an infection causing a loss of limb, so one had 2+1 after the op.
