The visual cues suggests she is turning clockwise. From the point of view of the "floor" she is turning counter-clockwise (looking up). Since we look from the higher stance I would say she is turning clockwise.

When I first looked at this she was spinning counter clockwise, then after a short while she changed directions to clockwise. Then she changed again after a couple of minutes to counter-clockwise. So my answer is both.

I can see her moving in either direction, depending on your perception. If this is one of those subjective optical illusion things, then you really should say so. Does it have an answer?

i believe shes spinning counter clockwise if its her shadow but it seems to simple

Most of the people see her turning clockwise. But -it is said that- people who uses their brains left lobe, see her turning counter clockwise. Though I'm not sure of it. But I'm sure of that: If you try more and more by blinking, she is sometimes seen as turning counter clockwise. After some try I'm now rather easily accomplish to see her turning X clockwise. But after first blink I again start to see her turning cw. It's said that people with high IQ can see her turning both side. Sure I don't believe it. Maybe someone knows why we see her turning cw. If you try and succeed to see her turning X cw, Yo will be amazed by seeing her turning Xcw just as cw, not a little different from it, only the direction changes. I'm sure that many of you will be able to do it.

As she changes directions so does her extended leg and arm. Her left leg and arm are extended when she is spinning counter-clockwise. Her right leg and arm are extended when she is spinning clockwise.

In fact, the direction doesn't change by time, only your perception changes. I mean while you're seeing her turning clockwise, a friend near you can see counter cw.
