Because you are a 10 year old kid pretending to be a midget spy. So as a midget you can't reach the higher button. As a spy you want to throw off the big suits flollwing you, so they won't know what floor you really live on. And as 10 year old you can't reach the higher button, and since you're a spy you can't ask anyone else to do it for you.
