There was a crime.. in the crime scene there is a pool of water and above is the rope which hanged him.He cannot use a chair or jump high enough to touch it and if he was standing he couldn't reach(Duh!)

This riddle was easy when I was 5-years old, and it's easy evey time I read it on this forum.

Ecks, I would advise to search for keywords which are important for the riddle and are likely to be in several versions of the riddle. I assume that water, rope and hanged are such keywords. So I just entered water +rope +hanged in the forum search (not limited to any forum section) and there it was - this thread and the same riddle in an old thread.
