Guest
My first riddle posted here, it's an easy one just to get started: It was a rainy day in the Highlands. Roy had been standing out in an open field all day, watching the clouds, but he was not wet. Not a drop on him. How can this be?

Roy had been standing out in an open field all day, watching the clouds, but he was not wet. Not a drop on him. How can this be? 1) He had an umbrella... 2) He wasn't in a field in the Highlands...he was in some other field where it wasn't raining... 3) He's a rainbow... (AH, kawnsentrait beat me to this one by a minute...grr...) Edited March 18, 2009 by Pickett

(AH, kawnsentrait beat me to this one by a minute...grr...) You nailed it on #2, he was nowhere near the Highlands. As for the rainbow solution, isn't a prerequisite for rainbows water? 0 Pickett
umm he isn't in highlands? It just says that it was raining in the Highlands...and that Roy was in a field all day...it does say that that field was in the Highlands
