0 Guest
I found something interesting. I'm pretty sure it doesn't have to do with the answer but just in case I hid it in a spoiler... 1. "In the cave which wild weeds cover Wait for thine aethereal lover; For the pallid moon is waning, O'er the spiral cypress hanging And the moon no cloud is staining. 2. It was once a Roman's chamber, Where he kept his darkest revels, And the wild weeds twine and clamber; It was then a chasm for devils" -Fragment of A Roman's Chamber By Percy Shelley

The clue should be T T F S _ . . . Such that it is not limited to five. Far from it. I realized all my other clues were limited. Fully unintentional; sorry. Second, wrong on the sensory stuff, obviously. Third, thanks for posting that poem. I love Shelly. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with the riddle. 0 Guest
the only thing I can think of for TTFS.... is Fibonacci +1 explanation: Fibonacci is 1,1,2,3,5,8.... oottfe If we +1 to each we can get 2,2,3,4,6,9 TTTFSN if we +1 to the start we get 2,2,4,6,9,15... TTFSN... If TTFS_ is continuous could you give us the next letter? or woul that be too much of hint?

0 Guest
I'll go for the standard anagram path and say CAMERA Well done Guyver, you win.camera comes from the Latin term "camera obscura" meaning "dark chamber."

0 Guest
Correct! Now, can you solve the riddle? I also saw the anagram of Camera but it in know solved the riddle, so thus I believe a darkened chamber in Rome would be called A Macer for the Macer name in Roman history (chambers of history) which was associated with "dark" deeds. Gaius Licinius Macer committed suicide and Lucius Clodius Macer was killed while in power.
