Question

you are trapped in a room with no doors or windows.it has a 20 feet thick ceiling and 30feet thick walls. you need to get out but all you have is a round table and a saw, how do you get out?

cut off the legs of the table and put the table on the wall now there is a circle to climb out from!!! (i didn't make this up so i f it doesn't make sense then don't blame me

I actually heard a slight variation on the original answer.

Take the saw, cut the table in half.

then put the two halves together and since two halves make a whole. You now have a hole to go through.

i dont like riddles like this, because it's more of a word trick than a logic puzzle.

the riddle should not include the saw!!! The riddle should read that you only have a board (or a table) inside the room. You look at the table, you see what you saw, you take the saw and cut the table in half, two halves make a hole and you crawl out the hole!!!

refer to the rules and perform a quick search before you submit a puzzle you have not created ... for this case you would have found the old topic if you had searched for "trapped +table +saw"
