Help solve number matrix please!

Please help me solve this matrix, all I have is hint:perimeter.

u can rearrange this to

a  | 99  | a*e | a*f

b  | 132 | b*c | b*f

------------------

c  | 110 | 154 |187

----------------------

    |   d   |   e   |   f

now we take the common multiplier for the 1st column which is 11 (11*9 = 99, 11* 12 = 132, 11* 10 = 110)

if(c*d) = 110 and we know d = 11, then c = 10 which should be the common multiplier for the bottom row

so now

e = 154/ 10 = 15.4

f = 187/10 = 18.7

 

with e &f the full matrix become,

 

99  143.1  168.3

132  184   224.4

110   154  187

 

now if u re arrange this back u'll get 

143.1  99    168.3

154    110    187

184     132   224.4
