Question

I don't think this has been posted on the forums yet but I apologise if it has. This is a puzzle I heard whilst at school a few years ago and thought I would share it with you all:

It is raining, Paul falls from his bike near a beach. A car without a driver moves; a man dies. How is this possible and how was foul play not suspected during investigations?

The wording is slightly confusing but I think this is intentional :P

By no foul play I meant the car itself had not been messed with. The ice block would not be a modification to the car? I didn't make up the puzzle so that would be my best guess at an answer sorry.

I found out how we can involve Paul. He was in the backpack of a bicycle rider coming home from a carnival where the rider won Paul. The cars target was a man on the bench. It also hit the rider.:D
