A billionaire has decided his life is over. Instead of dying like everyone else, he has decided to fall into a black hole. The current technology level is up to par, however he would prefer to avoid the spaghetti affect as much as possible. He has asked you to come up with a solution to his problem, what is the best way to avoid the problem and still fall into a black hole?

Assuming that 'falling into the black hole' means crossing the event horizon,

Simply find a supermassive blackhole. Quoting wikipedia,

"The tidal forces in the vicinity of the event horizon [of a supermassive blackhole] are significantly weaker. Since the central singularity is so far away from the horizon, a hypothetical astronaut traveling towards the black hole center would not experience significant tidal force until very deep [(way past the Schwarzschild radius)] into the black hole."

Finding such a blackhole shouldn't be hard. There is one in the center of the Milkyway.

But once they get to the center (inside the Schwarzschild radius) they should STILL experience the spaghetti effect? I'm wondering if this problem has an actual "solution" or if we are just trying to question the tenets of basic physics? Or is it the "as much as possible" that is the key here?

That's not part of the problem, he simply had to get into the black hole without the effect.

There is, however, a way to slow or degrade the effect once inside, to continue the puzzle...
