This would only work if the prattle occurred on Tuesday. With Tuesday The day after tomorrow would be Thursday and THAT would be considered yesterday making the current day (TODAY) Friday. just briefly proving that the prattle did not occur on Tuesday ... However, there is another part meaning: then Friday will be as far from Sunday as that day which was 'today' when Sunday (Tuesday minus 2 days) was tomorrow ... but Friday is not as far from Sunday as Saturday I see now ... 2 meanings of 'today' ... I doesn't make much sense to me if 'today' has just 1 meaning - that would mean "... which was Friday when Saturday"

as I already mentioned here ... I wanted to upgrade this forum to better version (from phpbb3 beta 5 to phpbb3 rc 7) ... I have tried many things but nothing worked ... and along the way, I have not shut down the forum and my experiments messed it up a little bit ... fortunately, my hosting provider was able to restore the database to the state from 25/10/2007 so there is still one question open - how to upgrade from phpbb3 beta 5 to phpbb3 rc 7

hi, some of you may have noticed that my forum was unavailable for a while there were some technical issues I had to face ... fortunately, I could restore the database however, there is still one challenge ahead of me - how to upgrade this forum (phpbb3 beta 5) to the newest version (phpbb3 rc 7) ... I will have to crack that nut somehow is there anybody who knows a safe way to do it?

thanks for the suggestions ... re advertisements - I might test some ads in the future (just to see if it has more pros than cons) re font - I think the current fonts are easy to read ... which part in particular was hard to read for you? re left menu on forum - I thought about it when setting up this forum and decided not to include forum in the layout of other pages (there are several reasons for that) ... but if there is enough people would want that I might reconsider my opinion re special background - send a link to phpbb css file that you like (that's where the look of this forum is defined) ... check http://www.phpbb.com/styles/db/ if you have any other comments, just let me know
