parrot may not be able to hear. until it hears somethng how can it repeat? shopkeeper was right.

Its a trick question, it says everything it hears - for the whole of his life. So when the parrot isn't going to hear anything more it starts repeating it all. Since it never knows if people will never speak to him again it just continues listening. EASY
