(edit 2 quick questions)
1) can Baal RID the same player correctly more than once
2) Mid-Boss' wincon: does HE have to be the one that kills Laharl?
1. I'm not sure why he would need to? Once he RID's a player, they are permanently under his influence...So dunno why he'd need to RID them again.
2. Yes...HE has to be the one to kill Laharl to achieve his wincon.

What happens with a tie lynch?
just a suggestion, maybe the votes for the non-tie player would reset and a "runoff" could ensue.

because I am unsure how that works...let's say I'm Baal. And I RID player 1successfully on N1. Does that mean I shouldn't RID another until player 1 is sacrificed??? Or can I (successfully) RID player 2 on N2. would both be sacrificed if I were targetted or a single random follower or what?

He can RID multiple players. If there is more than one player under his control, a random controlled player will die in his place.
