Question

There was a party at a Doctor's house where among the guests was a lawyer. The doctor aproached the lawyer and said " Hi I would like some advise. Sometimes some of my patients when they see me at places other then my office, they tell me about an illness they have and want me to prescribe them some medicine. I feel they are doing this to avoid paying for a doctor's visit. Shall I have them make an appointment? Or what can I do so they can pay without offending them?

The lawyer tells him "Very simple send them a bill on the mail. "Great idea" says the doctor. "I'll do that next time".

A couple of weeks later the doctor receives a bill from the lawyer.
