Question

I found a cool puzzle in a memoir written by Raymond Smullyan. The book is titled Some Interesting Memories; A Paradoxical Life.

Three perfect logicians play a game and they know that each of them are perfect logicians. The guy running the game has 8 stamps; 4 are red and 4 are blue (this constraint is known to the players). He blindfolds each player and places two stamps on each players' forehead. In this instance of the game, he places a red stamp and a blue stamp on each player's forehead. He then discards the other two stamps and takes the blindfolds off.

The three players are seated in a circle facing each other, so they can see each other's forehead, but not heir own. The game runner then asks player A, do you know which stamps you have on your forehead? He, of course, answers no. Then player B is asked the same question. This will continue C, A, B, C etc. until one of the players declares what he has on his forehead. Who will figure out what is on his forehead first and on which round does it happen and why? Enjoy
