Question

Slow or fast, in it comes.

Wet and deep, not so fun.

Not prepared? Too late now,

Make a barricade. Somehow.

Close it off, control the seep.

Locked up tight; hope it keeps.

Not down low, but up high.

Not so far; it’s below the sky.

White, tan, cream, or brown.

Any. Stop the echoed sound.

Slanted or not, it just depends.

With an edge, the side it blends.

Nope. Good guess.

Sorry to have missed your riddle, I will go check it out. If it were 6:30 for me that would mean its not a Monday morning! That would be great to be done with a Monday work day!

I can't answer that, sorry. Either answer I gave would make it too easy to solve. I do both, and you never know which kind it is. Sorry.

Heavy rain? Flood? Panic?

The second verse makes me think of trumping racism as an obstacle in life

Volcano erupting?
