The last two are paradoxical opposites for if you have the third you have and don't have need of the fourth. If you have the third, well then you certainly have the first two. I would call either "end" or "conclusion" "climax" the first things that came to my mind were birth, life, death, and afterlife, two of which may possibly be changed to growth and aging depending on how you look at it Well, that's about as clear as mud...
