Question

These stanzas I learned from a potent fruit,

who conveyed them from another root.

Solve the riddle twice below,

then the answer to me please bestow.

Sometimes occurs in passion,

Othertimes is measured out.

Consequences of the actions,

Could be often lived without.

Killing one is motivation;

Making their work so tough.

There are many regulations,

Money sometimes is enough.

Okay. I have the thought of Justice, Death, or POLITICS.

What can I say I'm a fan of the format :). I was actually most pleased with my first verse than the actual riddle.

Your guesses are in the right neighborhood.

edit: I definitely don't remember dancer, I've only been a site member for 6 days.

punishment?

And is the other "crime"?

Yup. I intentionally picked two that were very similar for my first use of this format. Not talented enough to combine two that aren't at least yet.

So put them together and tell me the man.
