Clue is in fact a movie. Based on the game, starring Tim Curry.

Craggy Scary Movie Production

Craggy means like an overhanging rock or a cliff, thats why it made me think of cape. Its also a made up island in a book. But im not sure if this is a movie: Island Horror?

I also thought of Daniel Craig, and maybe a hint about James Bond, but can't think of any movies he did that would fit the rest.

That's what I thought but it didn't make sense to me.

a kid's book/movie (Harriet the Spy) that seemed right, and an old tv show was Ozzie & Harriet something or other. So it fit that way.
