Good reasoning chicory. Finally a new spin on X. Really think the solution for X will establish a baseline for solving the rest of the puzzle.X = variable = var. is not it. So varies isnt either. When you have the riddle solved it will "READ" as the phrase and not necessarily spell it.Decided to edit that as a hint. Going back will fill in a few blanks and get you up to speed.x = y tho uniquely creative is not it. s and n are correct. back=up is not.
