Well, I posted the answer to puttguru via pm before this thread was created but he won't accept my answer. :o

Let's see what you guys come up with.

By using a slightly bent angle cut you are making the "pieces" of squares along that angle cut appear as if they are forming an extra square when you rearrange them. If you break that angle cut into short cut and long cut, look what happens when you slide long cut triangle over to where it ends up juxtapose short cut. You are "making" a new square now that wasn't there before.
