Some might grab me, Some might throw me, And for most, valuable help i remain, Since reaching my feat is not humane. In sparring sometimes used i've been, Thou on hurting never have i been keen. I have today retired from my fighting days, And help is what i am to achieve your ways. Thru the years; i have grown, i have shrinked, But always, in water i have sinked.
