This seems to be some sort of crytpography. Probably since there is a lack of justification, it uses systematic lettering. I guess.

I've studied the consonants rule series and this one looks tough... <_<

I kind of like my previous clue:

1. More than one are English words. -_-

Was afraid it might have been too subtle.

Next clue was going to be "teammate of .. Walt Clyde Fraser, Willis Reed, Dave DeBusschere."

Which of course is Bill Bradley [Knicks basketball team of the '70s] whose nickname was ...

Dollar Bill.
