i heard this riddle somewhere

two friends walk into a bar and order the exact same beer. the bartender puts poison in both beers and gives it to them. one person chugs the beer down, while the other sips the beer. the person who sipped the beer died, while the person who chugged the beer lived.

In that riddle, the poison was in an ice cube... but since I've never heard of a bartender serving an iced beer, I'm kind of at a loss.

Maybe the beer had foam on top, and the guy who sipped the beer only drank the foam, while the other guys drank the real beer instead of the foam...
