Cable Guy was working in a home when he tripped over some gear. All the cords to the gear flew out of their respective slots when he tripped. It was a mess! He looked at the mess with a forlorn expression. There was an XLR cable, a USB cable, an RJ 14 cable, an RG 8 cable, and a Din 5 cable. Sure enough they are all exactly the same color. He had no idea which cable went to which piece of equipment. That's 5 different cables to 5 different pieces of equipment! What's worse is he doesn't have time for trial and error, as the owner is walking down the hall towards him. How can he get all of the gear quickly hooked up without making a mistake?
