This is one of those riddles/teasers that seems to be much more appropriate in speech. When writing it out you lose all duplicity of sound and meaning. It isn't fair to assume, as a solver, that you can make the jump from "T" to "tee", because when you write it out, T means the letter T, not the sound. Anyhow, that's my "too" "sense".
