Omega- ThRe_ (165)

6. ζ 245 (Kingdom of Yugoslavia)

Ha! I actually tried that earlier, but I spelled it "differently"

Zeta BaNOVINa = 158

Zeta BaNoVINa = 245

Edit: Grrr having looked at your spoiler CL I realised I totally missed the element Barium

Rho ISLaNd

Yes, yes, yes! :)

edit: Unsolved

These are still unsolved

1. α 120 (design)

5. ε 43 (finance)

16. π 215 133_ (math)

23. ψ 341 120_ (physics - don't think Greek)

and I was just coming back to post about how no one had made any progress while I was gone... glad I was wrong.

1. α-45

Spoiler for making it:

alpha-BeTiCAl

Yeah me too now that P.Temp. and you mentioned it. I didn't have any hidden message or anything in it so I could have made it alphaBeTiCAl but instead I made this one my alphaVErSiON of "A Combo Meal". I already have my second enigmatic almost done, but it's too soon to post it. I do have a riddle with a new concept that I'll post in about 3-4 hours.

Epsilon represents elasticity if I remember my economics courses correctly. Price elasticity, to be specific. I've googled and found nothing that fits with (47) though.

Should be 43 though, not 47.

Elastic HOSe?

I, for one, am a little disappointed. I've been fiddling with this riddle off and on trying to wriggle out some answers. I have a drawer of my desk devoted to it at work, even ;) That's ok though, because I probably wasn't going to get it any time soon.

I totally understand the need to make it go away, and happy 2k!
