8. Where the violinist likes to be

Perhaps that's a good idea, because per my thinking:

1. slender appendage as well as the lot - makes me think of "finger" ....and my brain can't let go of "Fingers of Love" by Crowded House (who are at the most distant point from Motown not only geographically, but also musically) and if I force myself away from that, all I hear is "1 2 3 4" by Feist...and that's not right (although it's from a pretty good album)

And for #8, all I can think of is "on stage" or "in tune" or "orchestra"....

So yeah... hints please. :)
