The first king sitting at the base 4

Enjoying his unique tea

Why doesn’t he do it in the hall?

As there is bee conquering at the front of it.

Should be easy, I think ;)

The first king sitting at the base 4 - Should be I (as in Henry the First/Henry I) and should be 4 letters in.

Enjoying his unique tea - T, I suspect

Why doesn’t he do it in the hall? - Surely the king can drink tea wherever he likes...

As there is bee conquering at the front of it. - B, should be the first letter
