Mine occured because my Internet has expired so sometimes it cuts out before the page has loaded ( just loads headers ). I posted a thread, and it died. SO I hit the refresh which submits the data again, hence having a double post. Im suprised that the boards dont filter them out, as it is really just a basic piece of code.
