What name are you trying to put in? eviyne (apologies, couldn't get double spoiler to work) and i can't see the confirmation code for some reason when it says "You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to enter the confirm code from the image you see below." So it has reset the number of tries you get, and you don't have to do the confirmation code again. So try again with your password - your username is correct.
