Question

It was a hot Summer day and 2 men were in a bar drinking vodka.

Teaser drinks cups in seconds while Riddle slowly sips

his drink.

Then suddenly Riddle falls down dead to the ground before finishing his drink.

Detective Brain tells the police that the vodka was poisoned,

but how come Teaser didnt die first since he drank the most?

Question: how did Riddle die?

As it was a hot summer day,

ice cubes must have been put into the drinks and it was the icecubes which were poisoned.

Riddle drank his vodka until all the ice melted and all the poison came out of the ice thats why he died first. And Teaser drank his vodka so quickly that each cup was finished before the ice melted! :)

This might be splitting hairs, but I think the solution is inconsistent with the statement in the OP that "Detective Brain tells the police that the vodka was poisoned" (assuming we're to take that statement as truthful).

Maybe you could rephrase as something like, "after analyzing the empty glasses, Detective Brain found that both contained a deadly concentration of poison."

or just say "the drinks were poisoned" rather than "the vodka was poisoned", since there was nothing wrong with the vodka.
