## Question

Mr. Green, Mr. Red, and Mr. Blue were at the 'Soul-Ace Hotel' having a drink. One man was wearing a red suit, one a green suit, and the other a blue suit. "Have you noticed," said the man in the blue suit, "That although our suits have colors corresponding to our names, not one of us is wearing a suit that matches our own names?" Mr. Red looked at the other two and said, "You're absolutely correct." What color suit is each man wearing?

This one is actually not that difficult.

Mr Red = green suit (since he isn't wearing red or blue)

Thus follows:

Mr Green = blue suit

Mr Blue = red suit

Like I said...not that difficult. I can put up a harder one, though, if anyone's game.

Ok...Ben can never tell a lie. George can never tell the truth. One of them said, "The other one said he is George." Which one said that? Explain.

George was the speaker.

If Ben were the speaker, then the statement must be true. So George would have said that he was George, which he can't do since he can't tell the truth. So Ben could not have been the speaker.

why can't mr red wear blue?

Because he was replying to the man with the blue suit. Read the riddle carefully.
