Question

As you can tell, I like Dickinson's riddle/metaphor poems. Though a little harder than "I Like to See it Lap the Miles," what does this one describe?

A Route of Evanescence

With a revolving Wheel--

A Resonance of Emerald--

A Rush of Cochineal--

And every Blossom on the Bush

Adjusts its tumbled Head--

The mail from Tunis, probably,

An easy Morning's Ride--

Definitions of words:

evanescence- blurred or faded

resonance- loud

cochineal- a ruby color

Tunis- city in Africa

A hummingbird.
