Hopefully no one has posted this before.

Here is how the game play:

Giving you a word, you are allowed to change only 1 alphabet at a time to make the word become another meaningful word, steps after steps, until you successfully change the initial word to the targeted word.

For example: From 'Sad' to 'Joy'

Here it goes:

Sad -> Bad (change 'S' to 'B')

Bad -> Bay (change 'D' to 'Y')

Bay -> Boy (change 'A' to 'O')

Boy -> Joy (change 'B' to 'J' and you make it!)

For the above case we need 4 steps to complete the mission.

Now, find the minimum steps you can make for below quest, and how does the steps go:

1) from 'Work' to 'Play'

2) from 'Hard' to 'Soft'

3) from 'Black' to 'White'
