Guest
okay, this may be easy as it is my first attempt but i have more and trickier to heed... I am the black of night With the truest blue of the star-lit light And give name to fair maiden’s hair My call may fright Or bring delight To war hungry men with Nordic share I have been known to steal fish Or pick at bone for my dish And to squall from Athena’s head I travel on sky and land Have been painted by Gaugain You would not want to see me by your bed What am I? Question

okay, this may be easy as it is my first attempt but i have more and trickier to heed...
I am the black of night
With the truest blue of the star-lit light
And give name to fair maiden’s hair
My call may fright
Or bring delight
To war hungry men with Nordic share
I have been known to steal fish
Or pick at bone for my dish
And to squall from Athena’s head
I travel on sky and land
Have been painted by Gaugain
You would not want to see me by your bed
What am I?
