You don't own your name. You possess it, but it is not your legal property. You cannot sue someone for giving their child your name, or putting it into print. You can sue for slander sometimes with the latter, but not for putting the name itself there. I'm not sure about the laws, but I believe the phone companies own your phone number, you just lease it from them. If I had to give a definite answer, I'd say for the vast majority of people it's the doorbell.
