Question

A careless driver caused an accident. Fortunately, both he and the other driver were wearing seatbelts and were unharmed. However, a passenger in the other care (who was not wearing a seatbelt) was very badly mangled and lost both his legs as a result. When the case came to court, the careless driver received only a small fine. Why was the judge so lenient?

because the guy who got mangled went to hospital for shock but was confused with a patient with a similar name who was due to have his legs gut off for a gang green infection

the legs were cut of but the driver was only fined for reckless driving

the hospital however were sued 20 million dollars

can you say true or false

the careless driver was in one car and the other driver and the passenger were in other car. the other driver lost his control on the car and there was an accident. so the other driver had to pay a heavy fine while the careless one had to pay a small fine?

The other driver was shipping manikins or dolls of some sort.
