Too high in energy. not a very good mix cept for goldy lox.because they are high in fiber very important for ones nutrition. Digestion is another story. This would give you only 83 carbs, so there is no way to have over 100 carbs and under 3000 energy with porridge. Also (and I'm writing this last only because I saw it after I wrote the previous answer), beans and porridge together have over the maximum of 25 grams of fat. With baked beans, you already have 18 grams of fat, meaning you can only have between 2 and 7 more. This means that sporty crunch is ok with everything, and the other two cereals are only ok with a banana. Breaky Bix, beans, a banana and a juice doesn't work. Tomato juice doesn't have enough carbs to reach 100, and the other two will give you more than 3000 energy. Sporty Crunch and beans have LOTS of energy ... 2350 already to be exact. Having a banana or apple juice will push energy over 3000 regardless of the other choice. Sporty Crunch and beans DON'T have a lot of carbs ... only 65 g. The highest remaining items (apple and orange juice) only push carbs to 99. Bonzo Bran, beans, a banana and a juice only works with orange juice ---CARBS: 32.5+30+28+19 = 109.5 ---FATS: 18+1.5+1+0 = 20.5 ---ENERGY: 1600+490+360+500=2950 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
