He owns the Orange house with the green house That solution made me chuckle, and seems right, except that "green house" means a house that is green, and a "greenhouse" is a humidity- and temperature controlled environment, in which a gardener might work. So many puzzles like this work better when spoken aloud, because the ambiguity lies in the sound of the words, and is eliminated when spelled out.
