Obviously, there are an infinite amount of possibilities for the rest as well. Perhaps asking how many different numbers you can make with those numbers and a limited number of operations would result in better answers. The number of operations needs to be limited...or else you could do things like repeatedly take square roots or factorials. (e.g., 2+1=3, (2+1)!=6, (2+1)!!=720, (2+1)!!!=???, ...)
