What is special about 13731?

If you must, think sequences and formulas

Can you be a little more specific about what you want? There are many answers for this one. It is a palindrome, it is the only number between 13730 and 13732. All the digits that make up the number are prime numbers... etc. Could you please help us out?

I am thinking of a formula that creates this palidrome (its repeating)

palindromic prime base 9

Not what I was thinking, part of the previous hint is this is constantly repeating.

f(x)' = 2x + 1+c

If you take f(x) = x^2 + x + 1, all the right digits will follow the sequence

13731,

ie;

0 = 1

1 = 3

2 = 7

3 = 13 (3 on the right)

4 = 21 (1 on the right)
