Seems that the symbol in the nth position of the the third group in each row is 0 if the symbols in the nth position of the other two groups are the same, and 1 if they are different.

0101 the right answer.

Actually, theres nothing special about the third group: the symbol in the nth position of any group in a particular row is 0 if the symbols in the nth position of the other two groups in that row are the same, and 1 if they are different.

Or otherwise stated, if you take the groups as binary numbers, a group is the sum of the other groups in its row, except using the kind of addition where there is no 'carrying'. (And some leading zeros also need to be included sometimes.)

I chose it because they behave consistently as binary numbers.

I'm curious - how are these from the Sumers?

Or is that still a question to be discovered?
