If I'm understanding the question correctly.

1681 = 41^2

16 = 4^2

81 = 9^2

eventhough 0 is not an integer.

If there is no rules on A must be not equal with B, B must be not equal with C and so on...

1681 = 41 x 41

as 16 = 4 x 4

and 81 = 9 x 9,

but however, A = D

1681=412

where 16=42

and 81=92
