Assume that the game in is the same. But this time, you are the dealer with control of building the deck. what would be the most profitable orientation of the cards on behalf of the 'house'.

If 26 black cards preceded 26 red ones it would give a sure bet after card 26.

Using that thought, perhaps the best shuffle for that house would be for the colors to alternate.
