Fishy distribution/“Woman’s weapon” - Poisson/poison (flamebirde)
Not lost/Has penchant for - found/fond (Pickett)
Bee task/Call from the floor - spell/sell (Molly Mae)
Mugiwara’s cry/Yoga necessity
H2O overdose/Swallow - drown/down (Thalia)
Overcame yield stress/Blue
Decks the halls/Strong against undead - holly/holy (flamebirde)
Hawk’s get-togethers/What captchas ward against
Diana’s claim/Pierre says it’s his
Throw in the towel/Rule - resign/reign (Pickett)

Opposite of hawk = dove

Diana is the Roman name, the Greeks call her something else

And...at some point it might be easier to work backwards ;)

Well, I'm assuming the yoga part is referring to a mat. I don't know anything about Mugiwara though. . . All you can get by taking a letter away though is ma, at or mt.

That is what that part is referring to :). There are enough solved that you shouldn't have to know both parts to solve each one...

...the order of the lines is not random

;)

I see. . .

mate/mat?

Superfluo(u)s

Ah!

I'm used to nakama meaning "friend" but another translation is "mate", which I didn't know until I checked just now. Also, I mostly only read manga ("One Piece" for those who didn't get the reference), and, if it's not already obvious, I prefer subs over dubs.
