Two wrongs might be OK?

Question

THERE ARE TWO ERRORS IN THE

THE TITLE OF THIS PUZZLE

The paper boy on the corner of 42nd and Broadway in Times Square was hawking his wares:

"Extry, Extry, Read all about it: Five men swindled today on the streets of New York!"

The businessman was in a hurry, but the possibility of being swindled worried him a bit, so he bought a paper.

Quickly he scanned the headlines and major stories on the front page. No mention was made of a swindle.

Angrily he returned to the corner where the boy was selling his papers.

As he approached, the boy's words could be heard, still loudly and clearly:

"Extry, Extry, Read all about it: Six men swindled today on the streets of New York!"

Have you found the two errors?

OK, got it! (I think)

Error #1: The repeated "THE". (How did I miss that? Feel like a school kid being tricked by my 7th grade teacher all over again, but I digress)

Error #2: The title is simply wrong. There is only one error, not two.

There obviously are NOT two errors in the title of the puzzle. So error #1 is that the title is wrong. And since the title is wrong, then error #2 has to be the grammar. It should read, "There is no error in the title of this puzzle".

But wait, that would actually make it four errors then... oh boy.

One error is in the first line of the puzzle, the one above the story, written in caps : the word THE is repeated

:)

as for the second one :
- hmmm: don;t know if the geography of New York is correct ... but from google maps it seems that indeed the 42nd and Broadway meet inTtimes Square... so.. not there :-s

...... *thinking out loud here* :
There is no error in the TITLE of the puzzle but in the first line of the puzzle, the one above the story, written in caps ;) .. could this constitute the second error ? :D

Potential errors:

There are two "The's"

no punctuation?

But since the title itself is self referential then the title cannot be the title, so looking at the forum title:

Two wrongs might be OK?

--maybe it is

1. ok should not be capitalized.

2. The question mark doesn't make sense, since it is a statement.

BGM's answer makes sense but I disagree that the title was critiqued

OK, got it! (I think)

Error #2: The title is simply wrong. There is only one error, not two.
