Red is area is slightly bigger than yellow. Red:Yellow approximately 2.55 : 2.51.

Or precisely:
Red = Pi*(0.52 + 0.752)
Yellow = 2.252 - Red.

Radius of big circle is 1/3, radius of small circcle is 1/3 * 2/3=2/9 so the total area of red is pi(1/9 + 4/81)=13pi/81

Orange area is 1-red area so red area is slightly bigger.
